Ive been bringing my son and grandkids to the YMCA for years. We have had a few disappointing trips to the Y but not because of their staff or yellow water. Its because my kids don't want to leave.
I personally love the life gaurds. They have taken special care and notice of my son for years. When my son wants to prattle on and on they always listen to him. Thank you life gaurds... My son is the one who always wears Green!
Recently, I called to make sure the pool was open to public (swim team practice). There was a mis understanding any my kids were disappointed they couldn't swim in the therapy pool. I spoke with the man in charge and he went out of his way to accomodate me and my kids. He was level headed and found a solution that worked for everyone. thanks to him I didn't have to leave early and the kids were able to swim as much as they wanted.
Thank you YMCA for remembering my name when I walk through the door! I appreciate all of you!!!!
