I have built with them once in Northern Utah. I have actually had multiple relatives and friends build with them as well. We looked at multiple builders in the area and there was only one other builder that came close to what they offered as standards and quality. There of course are always going to be those you just can't please and demand the world at others expense and will do anything to voice their frustration. I will tell anyone that comes up to me that Benchmark Homes is in a very strong financial situation and holds to their word. I have multiple sources to back me up. I loved their new design center and the fact they offer the Best Bang for Your Buck. Don't let one person and their ""hate"" sway you into thinking otherwise. Also, please keep in mind that their is another construction company in Salt Lake City that has a similar name, but no affiliation with the Benchmark Homes I am talking about. Go Benchmark! You are doing great!
