Ordered a part via the website, part received was wrong, got sent another, it was wrong. Realized they don't sell what is listed on the website and requested a refund. It's been 45 days and no refund and no help from customer service. False advertising and incredibly poor CS, avoid, there are much better places to get solar equipment.
