Ordered a part via the website, part received was wrong, got sent another, it was wrong. Realized they don't sell what is listed on the website and requested a refund. It's been 45 days and no refund and no help from customer service. False advertising and incredibly poor CS, avoid, there are much better places to get solar equipment. more

Good supplier for solar panels 11/2/2011

I bought several panels and a charge regulator for my cabin in Big Bear from ecodirect. My sales rep Renee helped me find a lower cost solution than I was originally looking for. She even emailed me over all the product manuals to get it installed which really helped. I would recommend them if you are looking to go solar. more
