As the owner of the company, we pride ourselves in giving the best possible service at our store, using the best possible installers, and giving the best possible prices. Most of all employees and installers have been with us for over 8 years. They have grown with us when we built our new store on Hwy 64 in Apex, they have stuck with us during through the slow economic downturn. They have helped start our new Benjamin Moore Signature Paint Store. We are constantly trying to improve our service and products while still competing with the Big Box Stores. Throughout any given year we have completed and satisfied 500 + customers and work in their houses. Jobs that most often include ripping out existing flooring, moving furniture, and the TRUE retail job. We built a family operated business so that our customers can come to us and shop and talk about their flooring and paint projects. Unfortunately with owning a business, you are not going to make everyone happy. But 98% of our customers leave us happy and glad that they shopped at Bradley's Flooring and Paint. When those 2 % of the customers problems occur, I spend countless hours with our sales reps, and multiple trips to the customers house to try to figure out the possible outcomes. We work with our customers to overcome problems and find solutions. This is how we do business. We thrive off the referral part of our business. I just wish sometimes the other 98% would write some internet reviews. Always the ones that we give back money, replace their flooring for free, and bend over backwards to help explain their situation that go out of their way to write a bad review.
