Went in on a Sunday only because they were the only place open. I needed two tires but because of them being expensive as all get out; I only got one. The man behind the counter told me I needed two.
I realized the next day that my spare had more tread on it than the other tire that i needed replacing. Why wasn't I asked if I would like to have changed my spare with more tread than the other tire that was bald.
Today I called and told them when I bought the other tire and asked if they would replace it. I was told it would be forty dollars! Can you believe that just to switch out a tire! I called Discount Tire here in Conroe they replaced it for free. I will never go to NTB again and wouldn't recommend to my dog.
