Went in on a Sunday only because they were the only place open. I needed two tires but because of them being expensive as all get out; I only got one. The man behind the counter...

My wife went in for an oil change and break check. A technician mistakenly poured power steering fluid in the break reservoir. It caused $2238.08 dollars worth of damage and ruine...

Went in on a Sunday only because they were the only place open. I needed two tires but because of them being expensive as all get out; I only got one. The man behind the counter told me I needed two. I realized the next day that my spare had more tread on it than the other tire that i needed replacing. Why wasn't I asked if I would like to have changed my spare with more tread than the other tire that was bald. Today I called and told them when I bought the other tire and asked if they would replace it. I was told it would be forty dollars! Can you believe that just to switch out a tire! I called Discount Tire here in Conroe they replaced it for free. I will never go to NTB again and wouldn't recommend to my dog. more

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE 8/15/2011

My wife went in for an oil change and break check. A technician mistakenly poured power steering fluid in the break reservoir. It caused $2238.08 dollars worth of damage and ruined the entire system. The manager there (Bob) refused to accept liability or fix the mistake. We have used NTB for the last three years but, we will never use them ever again. more
