And as a side question, we asked if he knew why there was a gulping sound coming from the sink. He was glad to provide advise: We needed an ""S trap."" He gave us an estimate but also provided a picture with a list of materials if we decided to do it ourselves. Luckily, my husband knew exactly how to install it.
