We had a total septic blockage and we called Roto Rooter of Haslett Mi. Roto Rooter were here in a couple hours. The service man Ron was very professional and knowledgeable. Worth every penny would definitely recommend Roto Rooter of Haslett! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service 1/30/2012

Our sink was clogged for a few days and store-bought products would not work. So we gave in and called Roto-Rooter. We are so glad we did. Andy even gave us tips on how to maintain the plumbing in top condition, i.e., do not use draino-type products on pipes because, depending on the material used, they might melt the pipes. And as a side question, we asked if he knew why there was a gulping sound coming from the sink. He was glad to provide advise: We needed an ""S trap."" He gave us an estimate but also provided a picture with a list of materials if we decided to do it ourselves. Luckily, my husband knew exactly how to install it. Overall, appreciated the professionalism and customer-friendly service. I would definitely call them again if the occasion ever calls for it. more

Andy came out and cleared out my clogged drain pipes efficiently, conscientiously, and promptly. He diagnosed the problem accurately, and worked until it was solved. Andy also took the time to explain how the problem originated, and to make useful suggestions to prevent future service calls. I really appreciated that. The fee charged was fair - the work Andy had to do was SERIOUSLY yucky. Andy remained professional and friendly under very trying circumstances. I was pleased with the company and with their representative, and totally satisfied with their service and their prices. I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing or drain problem. Thanks, Andy! more
