I had been using Lake Worth jewelers for repairs of my jewelery for years. When my future son-in-law decided he wanted to buy an engagement ring for my daughter, I thought this would be best place to go. Ella had an engagement ring which I thought was lovely. She then said she thought she had the matching wedding band which she did. When my future son-in-law came, he loved the engagement ring but not the wedding band. Ella refused to sell them separately even though she did not have them displayed together as a set. I was so disappointed and saddened by her actions to a long time customer. We decided to go elsewhere.
