I had been using Lake Worth jewelers for repairs of my jewelery for years. When my future son-in-law decided he wanted to buy an engagement ring for my daughter, I thought this would be best place to go. Ella had an engagement ring which I thought was lovely. She then said she thought she had the matching wedding band which she did. When my future son-in-law came, he loved the engagement ring but not the wedding band. Ella refused to sell them separately even though she did not have them displayed together as a set. I was so disappointed and saddened by her actions to a long time customer. Just picked up my two rings that were sized and a pair of earrings and a necklace that were cleaned. Max did a fabulous job on everything! The rings have not looked this good since they were brand new and they were sized perfectly. So happy I followed my sister in laws advice and waited until I visited to have the work done. Will not trust my jewelry to anyone else! more

I went to Lake Worth Jewelers to have a wedding band made to fit around my antique engagement ring. I went in and talked to Max, the jeweler, several times in the month before I actually left my ring with him to make a mold. Never, in any of those visits, did anyone mention putting little prongs on the wedding band and drilling holes into the engagement ring so that they would fit together and not spin. Theoretically, it's a great idea, but then NEVER asked my permission and when I was upset about the holes, the lady that works there snatched it from me to have Max fill them in and informed me that they would NOT be making my wedding band. She was the rudest saleswoman I have ever met and even after filling in the holes, my engagement ring will never look the same. more
