Unfortunately there is not a LOWER rating. After ordering furniture in August and waiting to hear from Estovan for delivery I called and he said a couple of weeks. After that I called again and he admited that he had sold our furniture to someone else and was ordering from the factory. Both he and Patrick the sales manager said I would have furniture for Thanksgiving. Two weeks before Thanksgiving they called me for the first time to say that the order was cancelled. I was originally told they had the furniture in the warehouse and then I was told it was factory order. They did refund my money but after months of calls and upsetment. Now I'm trying to find the furniture we fell in love with but will check out the dealership before ever putting money down again. These people were not up front with us.
