Do not trust this company and do not give them your credit card BEFORE you do your price comparison shopping They claim to give you Closeout prices and in fact charge you DOUBLE the going rate!!! They will not honor price protections and really care little that they misled you. My 80 yo mom is now stuck overpaying these bozos. more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NORTH CAROLINA FURNITURE in San Marcos. We still cannot get a refund for the furniture we paid for, then they sold it to another client, then they promised a $100 Visa gift card and reorder our furniture. That was almost 2months ago. They still have not reordered the furniture, will not refund our money, and are trying to give us a $100. store credit instead of a Visa card. So we took it to their parking lot and have been getting customers to turn around and leave before entering the store. Now the store's attorney is threatening to sue us if we step foot there again...saying it's illegal. So is theft..... more

Ordered furniture on May 14th, 2012, was told 2 weeks until delivery. 2 weeks came and no phone calls, so had to call them. Found out that they only had part of our order. We ordered 2 complete bed sets including frames, head and foot boards plus pillows. we are still waiting on 2 pillows and one whole mattres set. They do not call us at all, we have to call them. It has now been almost a whole month, I am very unhappy with this store and their less than poor customer service. I would not recomment buying from them! I have to laugh at their sign on their building, " buy today, get it today". We feel cheated and robbed. Its not like we are having pieces custom made or anything. They blame the shipper and well its not my problem and are unwilling to compensate us in any way for the lengthly delays. Boo!!!!! Unfortunately there is not a LOWER rating. After ordering furniture in August and waiting to hear from Estovan for delivery I called and he said a couple of weeks. After that I called again and he admited that he had sold our furniture to someone else and was ordering from the factory. Both he and Patrick the sales manager said I would have furniture for Thanksgiving. Two weeks before Thanksgiving they called me for the first time to say that the order was cancelled. I was originally told they had the furniture in the warehouse and then I was told it was factory order. They did refund my money but after months of calls and upsetment. Now I'm trying to find the furniture we fell in love with but will check out the dealership before ever putting money down again. These people were not up front with us. Pros: null Cons: null more

Most of my parent's furniture is from here. They have a really wide array of designs at reasonable prices if your looking for things that will last. the people are great and will work with you for the most part even though they want to have their cut of the deal too. It's a great place to start, and you won't leave feeling as if they had nothing to suit your taste. more

Let me start off by saying I'm a little unhappy here. My husband and I bought our whole bedroom set from North Carolina direct in San Marcos. He is in the military reserves, so they wouldn't give us a discount b/c he wasn't active at the time. That upset me a little b/c he is still serving our country, he just wasn't overseas at the time.
