OK, have to admit, I'm addicted to RJ Salon/Spa, the service is great, the spa cafe is wonderful and the feel, smell, and atmosphere rocks. I will always go back. One thing I keep in mind is that no matter what Richard says before I sit down in the chair, my hair will be shorter than what we talk about - at times much shorter. Don't get me wrong, it is always a perfect cut, but not the perfect cut I had in mind when I came in. I often find myself thinking "What did I miss?", "What could I have said differently?" Have brought pics in the past, but the finished product is always 2-3 inches shorter than the pic. Anyway, I love the people, and eventually I love the cut... just be prepared to adjust a bit when you leave. As long as you know this going in, you'll love it there too.
