I was supposed to have had a crown seated over one of my top front teeth at the end of the year, where I paid for rush services. But the permanent crown was not seated and a new appointment was never given. The year ended, no crown but my insurance company was billed (the insurance company paid) as though it was completed. The dentist also stuck me so many times with needles to numb the area when preparing the tooth, that my mouth still hurts (two weeks later) and the temporary crown is dark around gum line. Therefore, my mouth doesn't look or feel good.
