I recently needed to get my watch band repaired and I went to a couple of places before finally making it to Continental Diamond. The first place I went to held the watch for a couple of days then said they could not fix it. The second place I went to told me I would need to replace the entire band at a cost of $1,500. Then I went to continental diamond and was told I might need to replace the band, but they wanted to see if they could fix it first. By the way, their estimate on the band was $500. A short while after looking at the watch, Jim Goldfarb stated that he could simply fix the band. Not only that, he said there would be no charge for fixing the band. Jim has made a customer for life with that move! The honesty and professionalism he exhibited was astonishing. I can only offer great praise and highly recommend Continental Diamond. For someone to be honest and simply fix something instead of trying to up charge or try to sell a person something else is way too common these days. Again, Jim, Continental Diamond, you have a customer for life. Thanks more
