We had Pates order and install a new liner for our inground pool this past spring, as well as change the sand in the filter, install a new pump, and paint the coping. They completed the work in one day, finishing at 11:30 pm. Jim, the owner, returned immediately after calling when we indicated that we were going to need liner lock installed in a couple of places around the pool. The installers were friendly and efficient and worked through a cold, rainy day.
