I was told the dealership was open till 4pm. I got there at 3:50 PM and they were closed, wasted my time. The next day, I went in and no one tried to help us. we had to look for someone. the salesperson didnt even look at us when he talked. he just sat there and gave his memorized speech that the company told him to say. we went to look at the car. at the same time someone else was looking at it. i made a joke with the other salesperson and he was RUDE and tried to be a WISE *SS! i told him i was joking and he looked at me like i had 8 heads. while the other person was looking at the car. i tried to talk to my salesperson and see if there the price negotiatable. Rudely he said no, priced to sale. I was done from there. I walked to my car to leave. My friend tried to talk to him but he again rudely, we dont negotiate. We just left. I have never ever heard a dealership dont negotiate, price to sell. I have never been to a dealship that was this RUDE. I though Boch was bad, I guess I was wrong. They probably thought I had no money and just pulling thier leg. I dont know how this dealership make any money. I talked to 3 people (2 over the phone and 1 in person)ALL were RUDE.
