Terrible office! Terrible Doctor! I made a first time appointment to see Dr. Paul Casey. When i made the appointment i specifically asked how long the appointment would be due to the fact i have 2 small children and would need a sitter. The receptionist (unfortunately i do not have her name) informed me that i should be out the door in about an hour. I did not see the doctor until 2 HOURS after my appointment time. When i informed Dr. Casey that i was displeased he proceeded to raise his voice at me. Yes, he offered a refund if i wanted to leave without the prescription for my glasses. He spoke in a aweful tone which actually made me cry. Not a single person in the office offered any kind of apology. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr Casey is rude, and quite mean.
