First to start off with, i was so angry by the time this experience was over. I was scheduled for 9am but they didnt show up until 10:15am. The two movers were the most unprofessional and getto acting men i have ever seen. They made rude comments and jokes about my personal items. They acted as though they were tired and did not want to be there. When i got to my final destination, all they wanted to do is just unload all my items in the middle of the floor and leave. They were mad when i tryed to direct them to where i wanted my belongs to go. I felt as though they took as long as they could because they were charging by the hour. The total time that was taken to move me was 4 hours and when i told them that i felt that they took to long on purpose, they decided to charge me for 5 hours and wrote on the receipt ticket that they arrived at my home earlier than what they had and left later. They added time just because they were mad and wanted to be paid more for work they did not do. After they left i looked over my belongings and found many of my things broken. \r
Im only writing this review to say please do not use this moving company. Ive moved many times and always have used Fletcher moving company and have always been happy with them. I lost there number and tried hercules and i am so sorry that i did.
