I was completely stressed out over my up coming move and had called around for before deciding on Hercules moving. I was instantly put at ease when I spoke with Gerard. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that I had received a fair rate. The team was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Hercules moving and have for your next move. I called Hercules Moving when I needed to move but also put some of my stuff in storage. Not only did I get a free estimate but Hercules Moving also found me a storage facility near me within my budget, one less thing for me to do.\r \r I got a call half an hour before they arrived (on time!) and the guys were clean and uniformed. All of my stuff was wrapped up and loaded on a CLEAN truck, although I did notice they didn't have their name or logo on the side. Regardless, they were able to move me to my new home and put the extras in my storage all in less time than they originally estimated. I paid less than the estimate!\r \r I will definitely be calling Hercules Moving again when it's time to get my things from my storage unit. Great company! more

I don't normally write reviews but Hercules really bailed my family out. After our first ""reputable"" moving company we contracted cancelled on us 24 hours before their scheduled arrival, we were forced to find another company to accommodate a four bedroom move on short notice. To make a frustrating situation worse, we had to find a new company on a Sunday. Out of three calls - Hercules was the only company to answer the phone! Gerard came out to give an estimate within two hours. The team showed up on time the following day. The team was clean, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. Not a single scratch on our belongings. Gerard even accompanied the team. More importantly: We were desparate and Hercules could have taken advantage of our misfortune but they were very fair. The final bill was actually less than the estimate! If a personal touch, professionalism and honesty is what your looking for then this is your company. Thanks Hercules Moving. more

First to start off with, i was so angry by the time this experience was over. I was scheduled for 9am but they didnt show up until 10:15am. The two movers were the most unprofessional and getto acting men i have ever seen. They made rude comments and jokes about my personal items. They acted as though they were tired and did not want to be there. When i got to my final destination, all they wanted to do is just unload all my items in the middle of the floor and leave. They were mad when i tryed to direct them to where i wanted my belongs to go. I felt as though they took as long as they could because they were charging by the hour. The total time that was taken to move me was 4 hours and when i told them that i felt that they took to long on purpose, they decided to charge me for 5 hours and wrote on the receipt ticket that they arrived at my home earlier than what they had and left later. They added time just because they were mad and wanted to be paid more for work they did not do. After they left i looked over my belongings and found many of my things broken. \r Im only writing this review to say please do not use this moving company. Ive moved many times and always have used Fletcher moving company and have always been happy with them. I lost there number and tried hercules and i am so sorry that i did. more

Being a Military subjected my family to many moves, five times in eight years to be exact. Moving with this company was the most pleasurable. Unlike our previous experiences; these gentlemen were clean, courteous, and finished an hour before schedule. Final cost was actually below estimate. Shane even gave my ten year old a Hercules Moving T- Shirt for helping (at least he thought he was!). Great team HM. Pros: On-time, Clean & Courteous. more

if you value your belongings and do not want them mishandled and broken/scratched, do not use this company. they are young and inexperienced. this is the 5th time we've moved in the last 10 years...never have we had so many things scratched and dented! they offered a take down and set up service on beds and other furniture but their skills in this were serverly lacking..my husband sat on a bed that they put together and it fell appart! if you have to use them at least get good insurance...
