I called Sony about my Sony 52"" LCD Thats under warranty they directed me to Lake Electronics.What a nightmare the sony rep. said they are the only ones in the area and they are good This guy must be Drunk or he must Drink alot because they are the worst service company I have eVer dealt with in my life.Sony needs to authorize some other service centers if they think Lake electronics is the best.They have had my TV for 2 months and its still not fixed now they say they cant find it.Ever time I call now they hang up on me.\r
