I called this Buy Back Games and the woman there was very helpful. When I went in, it was the woman I had spoken to, and she was just as helpful in person. The guy there on the other hand did not smile, did not say anything, not a greeting or a goodbye and thanks for coming in. If you go there, just make sure you talk to the friendly one.
