Customer service depends on who you see 9/16/2011

I called this Buy Back Games and the woman there was very helpful. When I went in, it was the woman I had spoken to, and she was just as helpful in person. The guy there on the other hand did not smile, did not say anything, not a greeting or a goodbye and thanks for coming in. If you go there, just make sure you talk to the friendly one. more

No customer service 10/12/2009

Walked into the store located at 84th and Pecos in Thornton looking for a GameBoy to replace one that was broken. We didn't see any at the counters. The empolyee was talking to a customer about a game he was looking at. We stood at the counter for a full 15 minutes while the customer told the employee he didn't have the money to buy it at that time, the employee still talked to the guy and totally ignored us. If this is how they treat customers, they should shut there doors to business. Cons: Totally ignored more
