Time to call KURTIS on this place. Stay away from ""SAC Cycle"" (Jim-the owner). We bought a few scooters from SAC cycle and was promised the trunk for both 3 months ago. He explained how the trunks were not in the shipment crates and were being sent separate. He promised no more then 1 to 2 weeks. It has been almost 3 months now and no trunks. He originally made up excuses, but now has resorted to just saying ""NO"" out loud when we ask if the trunks have arrived. He now hangs up on us after saying ""NO"" He asked to put me on hold once and must of forgot to put me on hold. I could hear his conversation in the back ground, talking to another person. He was so angered about getting the phone calls for the trunks and said ""don't they realize they won't ever get the trunks and why won't they stop calling"" It's not just us, it's every customer who was promised a trunk for their new scooter. Had we done our research on www.yelp and www.sacramento.citysearch we would have never purchased these scooters from their establishment. \r
The entry in city search saying SAC Cycle is the best place- is someone that either works there or the owner to refute the negative comments posted.\r
We have read the enormous amount of negative comments/feedback on SAC cycle, including folks who are having the same issue as us. Please do not buy or have anything repaired from SAC Cycle. Purchase products and have your items serviced from a reputable and trustworthy business. NOT SAC CYCLE. \r
