I signed up for 2 year contract....but only went 3 months because i moved out....i called in to cancel....they said i cant...i was like okay, fine, i will take 2 year membership loss since i was the one who made the choice to sign up for the contract,....i took responsibility for my actions....i was told i will not get charged after 2 year... after 2 year...i still keep getting vharged..I HAVE CALLED 20 times to cancel over the phone..they say I HAVE TO COME IN to cancel....i am not in that area anymore....its immposible for me to just ""stop by""....I CALLED MANAGER 10 TIMES...she doesnt call back...when she finally called back...SHE WAS RUDE...AND HANGS UP...HORRIBLE..... more
