Now that they've moved locations, it's as if they forgot to add phone service. I've called twice and left a message and NO ONE has called me back. Their website and answering machine message says ""someone will get ahold of you by the end of the next business day"". Their online scheduling sucks. I'd rather talk to someone. Courtney, the main stylist did not move with them. She stayed in the old location and is now owner of it. It's called Center Street Salon and Spa (I think). I LOVE HER! The only reason I'm trying to get ahold of Synergy, is that I have a gift certificate and I need to use it before it expires. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I'm really disappointed in them.
