Synergy Salon & Spa

Now that they've moved locations, it's as if they forgot to add phone service. I've called twice and left a message and NO ONE has called me back. Their website and answering machine message says ""someone will get ahold of you by the end of the next business day"". Their online scheduling sucks. I'd rather talk to someone. Courtney, the main stylist did not move with them. She stayed in the old location and is now owner of it. It's called Center Street Salon and Spa (I think). I LOVE HER! The only reason I'm trying to get ahold of Synergy, is that I have a gift certificate and I need to use it before it expires. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I'm really disappointed in them. more

Weeks ago I had called and arranged a day of beauty for my mom and I for her 50th birthday. I am from out of town, so I called and spoke to someone at the salon about 3 times to make sure that everything would be perfect for that day. I drove into town for my mom's b-day and on Saturday we drive into Kyle and to the salon only to be told that the person I had spoken to did not write our appointments in their record book! The only thing she had written down was a haircut for my mom - and I don't know about you - but that does not sound like a day of beauty to me! I ask what they could do and they did not have a single opening for any service that day! I frantically started to call other salons in the area to try to salvage theh day that this salon had now ruined! As I was calling other salons, the owner came outside to apologize and to tell me that this was not the first time that this person had made this mistake - she had actually forgotten to write down several appointments in the last few weeks! When my iPhone decided to lock up on me and not let me browse the internet for more salons I thought we were surly screwed - but I called a salon in Austin that I had used for my bridal party two years ago (Joie de Vie) and although they didn't have any openings that day, they were nice enough to suggest another salon down the road from them. So we called Milk and Honey, and they were able to save the day with massages, haircuts, manis and pedis. Thank you Milk and Honey! Long story short - DO NOT GO TO SYNERGY SALON IN KYLE! Pros: none that I could tell Cons: they don't keep their appointments more
