I told Fabian when I took my truck in to him that he could take his time but that I did need it back before too long because I had two claims out for it. He gave me a week, and he had it done before that, though I was unable to get there when it was ready. I was a little under the weather, plus I didn't have anybody to take me, but even when I went to go pick up the truck he offered me a ride.
The work that was done was good. They did a fantastic job! I have no complaints. In fact, Fabian put in additional stuff on his own. It was not a whole lot, but he worked with me about it, and I was very pleased with him. The quality of the repairs was very good in general, and Fabian was very polite. He always had a smile on his face. He is just not a negative person. He is a people person, actually. I even took my son in there, because he had some questions about his Buick SUV, and Fabian showed him on the computer how much it would cost for certain parts and things he needed.
