Fabian's Collision was good. I'm an Allstate customer, and they gave me the choice of the place, and I wanted to choose a smaller shop, as I've already dealt with larger shops before. I wanted to give Fabian's a chance. It's a smaller shop, Fabian runs a good business. He himself is very good with the customer. The only reason I gave them a 4 on Quality was because there were a few minor things that didn't come out perfect, but Fabian responded immediately. He's got a good customer presence. He will give you the idea that he cares, and the he will be more than happy to respond to any questions. I liked that part. Everybody there seemed to sort of be very friendly and actually cared that you were there as part of the business. I would go back, and I would recommend them. Other than the few, small imperfections, everything was really good, and they did a really good job. more

Was referred to Fabians by my ins. co. for major collision repair on my pickup truck. The quality of the repair work was as excellent as their attitude towards customer service. They do what they say and they back it up. I would recommend them completely. more

I told Fabian when I took my truck in to him that he could take his time but that I did need it back before too long because I had two claims out for it. He gave me a week, and he had it done before that, though I was unable to get there when it was ready. I was a little under the weather, plus I didn't have anybody to take me, but even when I went to go pick up the truck he offered me a ride. The work that was done was good. They did a fantastic job! I have no complaints. In fact, Fabian put in additional stuff on his own. It was not a whole lot, but he worked with me about it, and I was very pleased with him. The quality of the repairs was very good in general, and Fabian was very polite. He always had a smile on his face. He is just not a negative person. He is a people person, actually. I even took my son in there, because he had some questions about his Buick SUV, and Fabian showed him on the computer how much it would cost for certain parts and things he needed. more

Fabian's Collision was really quick and got everything done on time. I've taken my car to other places before, where they would tell me the date but were never ready by that time. Fabian's Collision, however, got my car ready on that date. In other words they didn't delay. They did a really good job and they were very efficient. Fabian's Collision fixed the side door, front door, mirrors, and headlights. It was the first time I used them, which was fairly recent. My dad had gone to them and they had done a good job for him. Fabian's Collision re-did the roof of a convertible and the back window. I found out about them through my insurance. Fabian's Collision always stayed in contact with me and they were professional when I saw them. They were really great and finished in a timely manner. It was the first time anybody has ever broken into my car. They had ripped out the whole dash and stereo. I went over to Fabian's Collision, and he wanted to take pictures. He told me to come back the next day when it was convenient for me. He took care of it on my free time and made it work out nice for both of us. It looks brand new, and it works great. My insurance company referred me to Fabian's Collision. Fabian was very friendly and his wife was very nice. They were knowledgeable and got the car done as quickly as they could. They did have some problems getting the parts and they called to apologize for that. They told me that the car would be ready later than what I was quoted. I noticed that they had left out some bolts in the fender well, under the wheels, and the front bumper was loose. The car had a vibration when I drove it and the door handle was greasy. So, I called Fabian and he wanted me to bring it back today. I said I would bring it back tomorrow for him to look at it. The really good thing is that they offer a lifetime warranty on service and parts. more
