This is pretty much the only authentic Colombian food in Dallas. In a city where Mexican & Tex-Mex is the norm, you really don'y have much of a choice. The appetizers including the Colombian style empanadas and the fried Yuca are the best. The rest of the menu is pretty bland and expensive for the quality of food you get. We are from Miami and there are so many great Colombian restaurants to choose from (inexpensive as well). If you're looking for good empanadas and Yuca then this is your place but the regular food doesn't taste very authentic, considering we are Colombian and know how it should taste. If they lower their prices than it would be worth it. Also..the food takes FOREVER to come out and the service is SOOO SLOW!!!! Last time our arepa con queso was burnt!! The portions have gotten smaller and smalle throughout the years!
