I was a bit concerned about ordering because of the negative reviews, but they have the best price on the Timberland Pro boots I wanted and they offer free shipping, so I decided to give them a shot. When I had talked to them on the phone (I called to check that they were legit before I ordered), I was told they could take up to 7 business days to arrive, but I had my boots within a week, so I'm not sure if mine were just quick or what.
