I called to make a reservation. I specifically asked would I be able to cancel my reservation and get a full refund. I was told YES as long as I canceled the reservation 10 days prior to event. I called 30 days before event to cancel, I was told someone would call me back. I was told the next time that he would call me back in 5 minutes to confirm my cancellation and refund. After a week of calling and emailing I was told I could not get a refund, I could get an account credit to use the limo service at a later date. So I was stuck paying over $300 and didn't use any of the services. I never signed a contract but my credit card was charged for the full amount! Customer service was AWFUL when I tried to get answers. Had to dispute the charges through my credit card co. Absolutely ridiculous. Instead of talking to me, I was ignored and sent chasing rainbows. I will NEVER recommend! Things happen all the time in life and they just stick you with whatever amount you are putting into a rental. more
