I am not sure what the other girl was talking about but if you go online and look at contract. You will see that when you book the 10 days prior is for the payment not for refund....

Would NEVER recommend Cowboy Limo to ANYONE, not even my WORST enemy! They are, just as stated in previous reviews, SCAM ARTISTS! We were told it would cost $200 for 4 couples in the tailgator. We thought this was a good deal so that each couple could pay $50, and then of course tip the driver a small sum. We figured that the driver got paid hourly and just got tipped for courtesy. The ride was only 12 miles down the road, he missed the exit and we had to go down another 10 miles to turn around just to go back. We get back and we're dropped off. (By the way, NO air conditioning in the back of the tailgator, there was a television and radio and also lights! All accessible but NONE worked! We had to roll the only one window down for any sort of air.) When we were dropped off, we were told we had until 2 am. We called early at 12 am for the driver to come pick us up. Fortunately for the driver, he stated that he lived in Benson 2 miles from our drop off. We were brought back to our home and we were told that we were responsible to pay the driver for gratuities... when asked what is the average gratuity for this he stated that it was $110 after we already paid the $30 tip. Therefore making our trip for an hour trip over $300. (Keep in mind, we were NEVER informed of the $20 an hour gratuity when we called for the estimate!) We went ahead and paid the driver but we will never do business with Cowboy Limo again! more

What a complete scam! Cowboy limo is a disgrace to the American working man, taking advantage of their customers by contorting any failure of service to make it someone else's fault. I only wished that I had looked at reviews before making our reservation. Our night began with a vehicle with broken AC and a broken vehicle door. Cowboy limo was prepared to fix this by trading out with a new vehicle and reassured us that the switch would only take 30 min. Over 4 1/2 hours it took us to arrive at our destination our original travel time was only 1 1/2 hours. There is no reason even with restroom breaks that our trip should have taken that long. 18 passengers missed an event in which we were give free admission due to our Military affiliation. The manager of the Greensburo Coleisum and the marketing manager of PBR went above and beyond to support the military. Cowboy Limo made myself and the uniformed services look like fools. Upon discussing this with Cowboy Limo they were prepared to avoid blame at all cost, they just talked in circles the whole time, when told that they would call me back with a response they never did. Do NOT be taken by ""cowboys"" good o'l boy demeanor, he is scam artist with a car salesman pitch prepared to take your hard earned money, they clam to be most concerned with ensuring that your experience is the best it can be. That's a lie, their concern is to feed you just enough to take your money. Grudging by the amount of comments found on reviews they have be using people for quite sometime with no intention to change the way they operate, I going to do my best to spread this poor display of professionalism to as many review agencies as possible in hopes that they do not take advantage of another person. more

These people are scam artists. They will take advantage of you on a special day. This did this to us. On our wedding day when it was too late to make alternate arrangements, they sent the wrong limo with no air conditioning. It was 105 degrees outside that day and even hotter in the limo. We bought the limo for 4 hours and could only utilize it for 30 minutes. We had to cut our service short and were not accommodated at all. In fact, when I called the owner, Cowboy, the next day he was extremely defensive and was yelling at us. You would be better off either paying an extra $800 for a quality company or not use a limo rather than to risk getting screwed by these guys. If you still happen to go with them, good luck! more

I had no problem booking and the customer service was Great!! I couldnt ask for a better company to take care of my daughters reservation. I have searched for over 2 months and finally found a limousine service worth using. The price was unbelieveable and she had the best time ever. The driver was professional and will make sure I use him again. I want anyone and everyone to know that this is the place to go for all of your transportation needs. more

We have not ridden yet but so far they have been so great! Jon ""held my hand"" through resolving a nightmare reservation with another company. He held the car for me while I resolved a conflict with another company. We are really looking forward to Thursday night! If Jon is any indication of what we will get then, I will be thrilled! I will post again after Thurs night! more

AWFUL Customer Service...shady! 9/15/2011

I called to make a reservation. I specifically asked would I be able to cancel my reservation and get a full refund. I was told YES as long as I canceled the reservation 10 days prior to event. I called 30 days before event to cancel, I was told someone would call me back. I was told the next time that he would call me back in 5 minutes to confirm my cancellation and refund. After a week of calling and emailing I was told I could not get a refund, I could get an account credit to use the limo service at a later date. So I was stuck paying over $300 and didn't use any of the services. I never signed a contract but my credit card was charged for the full amount! Customer service was AWFUL when I tried to get answers. Had to dispute the charges through my credit card co. Absolutely ridiculous. Instead of talking to me, I was ignored and sent chasing rainbows. I will NEVER recommend! Things happen all the time in life and they just stick you with whatever amount you are putting into a rental. more
