I went to this group for a few years. I liked the doctor that I was seeing there. The office staff, however, is another story. Rude and unhelpful - I finally had the last straw and changed. There are so many good orthopaedic group in the area that I would suggest NOT wasting your time with this group. Buffalo Orthopaedic Group has gotten too big. You call there and sit on hold for ten minutes or more. Staff is rude and it has started to feel like a cattle call when you go there. No thanks.
