These star ratings need to go into the negatives! ""EH"" isnt what im feeling right now.
Just in case the genius management folk at this UPS location read this, i will make it very simple and bullet my problems for them;
-drivers should not be afraid of harmless dogs, if they are, they should not be delvering on a route that has dogs.
-drivers should not drop packages off at the customers' parent's restaurant for fear of harmless dogs.
-drivers should not call neighbors asking them to contact the customer so the customer can meet the driver at the end of the driveway...all related to a fear of harmless dogs...oh, and this is a harmless dog that is INSIDE.
Give me a break! This is the poorest quality service i have ever experienced.
