UPS Overnight shipping, took 5 days to recieve my package 12/24/2011

I paid $21.00 for overnight shipping and did not receive my package till 5 days later. Excellent service, way to go UPS! more

Not very helpful 12/9/2011

Stopped in the store on Bridge St to find out about their pack and ship service. Clerk at the counter had to relay my questions to a less than helpful person in back on computer. A tedious way to get information and showed a lack of interest in my business. We ended up concluding it would be easier to use the Post Office. more

These star ratings need to go into the negatives! ""EH"" isnt what im feeling right now. Just in case the genius management folk at this UPS location read this, i will make it very simple and bullet my problems for them; -drivers should not be afraid of harmless dogs, if they are, they should not be delvering on a route that has dogs. -drivers should not drop packages off at the customers' parent's restaurant for fear of harmless dogs. -drivers should not call neighbors asking them to contact the customer so the customer can meet the driver at the end of the driveway...all related to a fear of harmless dogs...oh, and this is a harmless dog that is INSIDE. Give me a break! This is the poorest quality service i have ever experienced. more

How ironic. UPS is supposed to connect people and merchandise. But customers can't even call them? I tried on Feb 2009 and their number doesn't work. UPS knows this - the recording says it's a ""non-working UPS number."" \r \r If UPS can't even talk to me, why should I trust my packages to them? Like the gentleman said before me, there's no accountability. This is not rocket science; UPS should allow customers to contact them. Cons: Can't call them. more

Terrible cust service 1/18/2009

Lost my package and the best I could get is a national operator reading from tghe tracking page. phone # obsolete for location where package last scanned. No local accountability. Cons: Can't call them. more

Poor 9/26/2008

While the sevices of ups are good and deserve a good rating it is upsetting that the phone number given is not a working number. It seems like ups does not want to be accountable to its customers and uses their 800 numbers to deflect what should be handled locally. more
