This company and its people are so incredibly rude and obnoxious. Horrible customer service, they hang up on you, the property manager never calls you back and the owner does not care since he nor she ever calls back either. Our board here is thoroughly disgusted with sentry management. With the money the community pays them they should do their job but instead they put their hand out every month but give nothing in return. Terrible, terrible company. horrible and disgusting.
