Best Management Company around! 4/23/2012

I am so impresed with Sentry Management. Having lived for several years in a community managed by a Sentry competitor, I had just come to expect lackluster customer service and continously rising HOA fees (without adequate explanation for the increases). What a wonderful change it is dealing with Sentry; I am treated well, the customer service is excellent and there was no increase in the HOA fee for the upcoming year. Sentry has my vote for best property management company! more

Sentry Management is all about excellent customer service. Their attention to maintaining our community and keeping everything operating smoothly is great. Our manager is regularly in our community, inspecting the property and talking with residents. I truly appreciate this level of service and knowing that our interests are being well looked after. more

HORRIBLE COMPANY 12/30/2011

NOTE....If I could have rated ZERO stars I would have as that is how bad they are..Horrible service.....our gas light has been out in front of our house for 6 months.....called multiple times to SENTRY...no return calls from the local rep...when we finally did ""catch"" him in the office we were put on hold for 15 min. When he did answer our call......which had been one of many...he was incredibly rude and disrespectful! Denied we had ever called him and ranted on about how we refused to pay to have the light fixed! Complete fiction! NO ONE HAD EVER BEEN OUT TO FIX IT! This guy is a flat out liar and when he doesn't have the answer he makes one up. And our HOA pays him for that! This company rapes our hoa of exorbitant fees every year for the worst service imaginable and then we have to put up with that kind of attitude! And that is only the tip of the iceberg. Our HOA needs to ditch SENTRY MANAGEMENT INC.... more

Incredibly Positive Experience with Sentry Management 9/27/2011

Up until 6 months ago another management company managed our community; thankfully (with considerable urging from virtually all our residents) we switched to Sentry. What a difference this has made in the quality of life here. I truly cannot adequately convey what a positive experience we have had in making this change. It is really like night and day. Distasteful Company 9/15/2011

This company and its people are so incredibly rude and obnoxious. Horrible customer service, they hang up on you, the property manager never calls you back and the owner does not care since he nor she ever calls back either. Our board here is thoroughly disgusted with sentry management. With the money the community pays them they should do their job but instead they put their hand out every month but give nothing in return. Terrible, terrible company. horrible and disgusting. more
