REO installed my new AC incorrectly and it wouldn't cool. Mike came out to repair it a few times, including charging me for a new thermostat, but it never worked. After 2 months of frustration, I asked Maria to remove the system and give me a refund. Once I asked for the refund, she stopped taking my calls. Once she got my money, she didn't care about the work her company did. To me she seems very dishonest and selfish. At one point she told me she couldn't help me because she was shopping for her daughter's birthday party decorations. Is it possible to award negative stars as a rating?
