This shuttle does not run on time. If you use their online system to book a ticket - make sure you buffer your time by another 1 to 2 hours if you want to make your flight. They are always late. I personally have missed a flight after selecting a time based on their selection after I provided my flight time. When I spoke with the Transit Office I was given the run around for a week. Finally I managed to get hold of a ""manager"" by the name of Sarah. She essentially told me that is was all my fault and I should be better at buffering more time if I want to catch my flight. Apparently they are an airport shuttle bus that will not stand by their recommended pick up times based on us providing flight information. Bottom line, its a waste of you time, money and will only add more stress. Find another alternative for your own good.
