I took my car to Akin after a bad crash on the advise of a friend that claimed they did good work. What a gigantic mistake! they had my car for three months! I was told it would be done in 20 days. They pushed back the pick up date on me three times. after 45 days i showed up there unexpectedly to find out they hadnt even started on it. They told me it was almost done when i called the morning before i went there. After having it for three months i finally got the call to come and get it only to find the gaps between the hood, fender, and headlight were so out of wack it was shocking. so i had to wait another day. After three days of having it back i got in the car to find an inch of standing water in the floor because the windshield wasnt installed correctly. I took it back again and it took them another week to supposedly fix it. Here i am 4 months later and the leak is back plus now my hood wont open without someone else out at the hood pulling on it while i pull the latch. They have butchered my car. Im so disgusted by all of the things they screwed up on my car i cant even look at it without becoming furious. My insurance company didnt total my car after the crash but akin and akin did.
