The Laurels of Hilliard exceeds expectations of those it serves. The staff is very caring and goes above and beyond to provide my loved one the care that is needed. Not only do they provide communication through family care conferences, the managers are always availabe to assist with anything needed. The Administrator seems to be there all the time and genuinely cares about the facility. Every center has issues. Trust me I know! My dad has been to 4 places and The Laurels has really met our expectaions. It is very clean and has floors that shine! I would highly reccomend the Laurels to anyone!
