I went to Casa Leaders The day before Father's Day with my girlfriend and my oldest daughter to shop for a sofa and loveseat. We tested several for firmness because our old sofa's lost all their support so we were looking for some really stiff sofa's to purchase. We stumbled onto a pair in the show room that were listed as last ones. We sat on them for almost 30 minutes trying out the support and firmness of the cushions. They were great so we bought them and had them delivered on Monday the day after Father's Day. I was at work when they arrived. As soon as I got home I tried them, and boy I will tell you that what they delivered to us was not the same feel or support as the ones we sat on in the showroom on Saturday. I was upset, I called the store and demanded to speak with a supervisor with no prevail. I was able to speak with customer service but they were not much help. I believe that this store alledgely swaps out the cushions for the floor samples so when a customer sits on them they tend to feel well supported and stiff, but what you recieve at home is entirely different. In my case I believe the cushions were alledgely replace back to the cheap originals at the store before they delivered. I feel cheated. I now have two sets of cheap sofas to give away and I will still need to buy a third set. The only option aside from replacing the cushions with the cheap identicals ones they delivered was to just repo them. Even through all this mess I have still made my payments. We are now in September and still issue is not resolved. BEWARE
