My overall shopping experience and my salesperson raul were very good. I bought two sofas that the salesperson recommended. The delivery team came early and they were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful experience at Casa Leaders, stopped by a few times with parents to shop for furniture and the customer service was excellent. Sales team was not too pushy, where it's uncomfortable. Very professional enviroment and straight to the point information. Willie who was our sales representative was outstanding, I highly recommend Casa Leaders. more

I went to Casa Leaders The day before Father's Day with my girlfriend and my oldest daughter to shop for a sofa and loveseat. We tested several for firmness because our old sofa's lost all their support so we were looking for some really stiff sofa's to purchase. We stumbled onto a pair in the show room that were listed as last ones. We sat on them for almost 30 minutes trying out the support and firmness of the cushions. They were great so we bought them and had them delivered on Monday the day after Father's Day. I was at work when they arrived. As soon as I got home I tried them, and boy I will tell you that what they delivered to us was not the same feel or support as the ones we sat on in the showroom on Saturday. I was upset, I called the store and demanded to speak with a supervisor with no prevail. I was able to speak with customer service but they were not much help. I believe that this store alledgely swaps out the cushions for the floor samples so when a customer sits on them they tend to feel well supported and stiff, but what you recieve at home is entirely different. In my case I believe the cushions were alledgely replace back to the cheap originals at the store before they delivered. I feel cheated. I now have two sets of cheap sofas to give away and I will still need to buy a third set. The only option aside from replacing the cushions with the cheap identicals ones they delivered was to just repo them. Even through all this mess I have still made my payments. We are now in September and still issue is not resolved. BEWARE more

THE PRICES ARE HIGH, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE (UNLESS YOU ONLY SPEAK SPANISH), AND THE QUALITY IS POOR. I WOULDN'T SHOP THERE AGAIN. YOU CAN GET THE SAME STUFF AT BIG LOTS AND FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. There needs to be more English speaking employees at this Facility, we are in America!!! 1st of all we had to go look for someone to help us. When we got the product delivered it was not even what we ordered. I went back to the store and complained it turned out they were sold out of the TV Stand that we originally ordered. So I said fine we will keep the one they delivered to us and to my surprise they are wanted to charge me an extra $20.00 because that particular TV is more expensive. Really??? I was their mistake and they are willing to loose a good customer. I will never purchase anything from this place again!!!! more

I enjoyed purchasing at Casa Leaders Wilmington. They have a great selection of merchandise at reasonable prices and good quality, easy credit, fast delivery and professional customer service. Pros: Helpful and courteous sales people. Cons: Small parking lot. more

I went there to buy a furniture set and not only was my delivery delayed, but i did not recieve what i payed for. This company has dreadful credit requirements.I not only felt as if i was giving my LIFE STORY for the application, but i also had to wait a long time for the approval. It seems to me that they dont want to sell. The way i see it, this company wants to get as much information from you as possible, and let the world know that you are about to buy a simple furniture set, as if it were some sort of soap opera full of gossip. And i had a freind go there who wanted to speak to a manager, and not suprising to me, she had to wait several hours for a manager to grow some guts to show up and talk to her. There are plenty of other furniture stores out there that are more than willing to help you and sell so you dont have to go through a living hell to buy something. First of all they should consider hiring people of all walks of life. I go to the Casa L in wilmington, when you walk in all the salespeople are sitting on the furniture gossiping....this must be a nature thing because they don't get up when a customer passes them by. If you're trying to build up your credit then yeah this is a place to go because they do report your payments to the credit bureau but you must keep track of it because at times they forget to report and you must call them to do it. The furniture is okay slightly bucky not very stream line. But as I mentioned early if you want to build your credit this is the place to go. Pros: You can build up your credit they take payments Cons: They can improve their customer service more

the stuff are pretty nice there but they are always on you i just missed 1 payment and they go crazy talking about they are gonna send my bill to collection and they call my work place constantly i understand if i haven't been paying for months but this was just one payment! I hate them and they don't even have anyone there that understands English well! I don't recommend this place go to a place that are well organize and don't constantly harass you!!! Will never do business with them ever again! more
