We are now on week 2 of waiting for our air conditioning to be fixed. Meanwhile we have a tenant who has been without A/C. They are incompetent, cannot keep an appointment to save their life and the manager is a coward that will not return phone calls and makes his receptionist take the brunt of the complaints. We have left him a message no less than 7 times and have NEVER received a call back from him. We were told that they were ""waiting for a part"" only to find out that they had it for a week. They then could not go out do to ""rain"" that never happened. They scheduled to come out again but grabbed the wrong part. So now were are waiting for them to come out after they get done with their other calls. I am telling you, you would have better luck buying your own air conditioning and paying a 4 year old to install it. It would get done faster and they would be able to communicate more clearly with you and not hide behind the administrative.
