We had a horrible experience with Best Heating & Cooling (dba Pure Air Heating & Cooling) in which they incorrectly installed our new condenser and stole our A-coil! We had to shell out thousands of dollars to correct the problem with other companies, and had to get Carrier involved, too!
We've reported them to the BBB and the Illinois State Attorney General's office.
