The pre-school coop is a fantastic nurturing environment dedicated to the children of our community. There is some work, but by the very nature of a cooperative, there should be. There are two clean ups per year and a few small fund raisers. Working in the class room is not work. It is an opportunity to watch your children interact with others. It is a warm nuturing environment. My children have made friendships that will last a lifetime as have my wife and I. Children with parents that are willing to sacrifice their time for the benefit of their children are thevery type of people that I want my family to be around. I am more than willing to give up a couple of mornings per month to help out at the school. I cannot emphasise enough the benefits that our little school provides. Our graduates are consistently in the upper tier of student success thoughout their scholastic careers.
