My wife and I had plans to purchase a new BMW X5 for her this month. We shopped at performance BMW in Chapel Hill and had by far the worst customer experience of my life, I had never felt to low in front of my family. We then went to Mercedes of Cary and David Burr immediately came to our assistance. We wanted a SUV, and David showed us the GL450. Needless to say my wife and I (and our kids too) fell in love with the car, but just b/c you like a car, you still need to feel comfortable with the salesperson. David treated us exactly opposite from Performance BMW, and made us feel comfortable. Within less than 45 minutes worth of work, we traded in our car, got a brand new 2011 GL450, and know we made the right choice in both our car and salesperson. I have been in sales for many years, and I would love to have sales people such as David working on my TEAM!!! I would recommend Mercedes of Cary or David Burr to anyone that asks. more
