Your call center Supervisor Sylvia Perez is very rude, disrespectful and said ""It does not matter what you think, we are the only people who can give you power so you can sit in the dark for all I care"". Good customer service PEC.
I can see why Pedernales has had so many lawsuits...obviously they are nothing but crooks who work for them and this is why former people from there go to Prison for ripping off customers.
